Alabama Alert: Eminent Domain Rally
TUSCALOOSA EMINENT DOMAIN RALLY!!
At 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 9th, there will be rally held in
front of Tuscaloosa Furniture, address 2223 6th Street (6th St. @
23rd Ave), Tuscaloosa, Alabama, to enlighten citizens of the need
for effective Eminent Domain legislation.
Come and
support those downtown
Tuscaloosa
property owners whose businesses are about to be destroyed by the
City of Tuscaloosa. All property owners facing eminent domain
seizures in other parts of the state are also invited to attend.
This is
not a political rally but there will be several prominent political
figures who will be addressing property rights in
Alabama.
Judge Roy Moore will be the featured speaker on the topic of eminent
domain. Mo Brooks will speak on the bill of rights as regards
eminent domain and Harold Sachs will address the group on other
property rights issues. The affected property owners will share
their stories and talk about the battle to save their property from
government seizures.
Everyone who believes in private property needs to attend.
We believe that if enough positive media coverage is forthcoming, it
will be a significant factor in bringing about worthwhile
legislation for Alabama property owners.
Please pray that Hannity & Colmes of FOX Network News, who have
shown an interest in this rally, will feature this event. Also,
pray that God will open the ears and minds of the attendees, so that
they will understand and act upon this threat of eminent domain. We
need a large gathering of concerned citizens, who are interested in
protecting the rights of property owners everywhere.
