The following are the November 2 election voter guide
recommendations for Constitutional Amendments and Local races.
Tyrone Brooks and company have filed a law suit to have Amendment
One ruled unconstitutional. Once again the politically correct and
Chamber types are working to prevent the People of Georgia from
voting. We are old fashioned, we think that there is something
American about letting People Vote. For more information on

Shall the Constitution be amended so
as to provide that this state shall recognize as
marriage only the union of man and woman?"

Amendment Two |
Shall
the Constitution be amended so as to provide that the
Supreme Court shall have jurisdiction and authority to
answer questions of law from any state appellate or
federal district or appellate court?"

Vote
NO or do not vote on this issue. Despite contacting
multiple attorneys the full scope of this amendment is
not clear. On constitutional Amendments it is better to
be safe than sorry. |
