It is indeed a great honor to be here
today - as an independent candidate for the State Senate AND
- as a representative of the Southern Party, a grass roots
effort to restore good government.
Good government is something that is very
fundamental and something the vast majority of Georgians want
and desire.
But good government is becoming
increasingly rare. Instead of
government of the people, by the
people, for the people - we get lip service and government for
the special interests.
In Ray McBerry the citizens of Georgia
have an opportunity to end the unholy influence of special
interests here – in our Capitol.
We need a governor who understands the
Constitution and our Founding Principles – Ray McBerry is that
man!
We need a governor who understands that
our rights are fundamental and derived from God and that the
primary function of government is to protect the rights of its
citizens. Ray McBerry is such a man!
We need a governor who has the principles
and gumption to stand up to the special interests – Ray
McBerry is that man!
We need a governor who will represent all
Georgians and NOT just practice Party over Principle –
the fact that I am standing here today is living proof that
Ray McBerry is that man.
Most of all we need a governor who is NOT
a career politician and can relate to the issues affecting
Georgians, their families and values - Ray McBerry is that
man!
I along with the Southern Party urge each
and every citizen of Georgia to look at Ray’s platform - and
then join us in ending the unholy influence of special
interests and returning Georgia’s government back to its
citizens.
