One example is:
Georgia's Department of Human Resources pays Citicorp $8
million a year to manage phone inquiries from the state's
438,000 food stamp recipients. Citicorp
outsources the work to an Indian call center that handles
roughly 1.7 million calls annually from Georgians.

At this time the State web site does not list the members of
the Senate Committees. With the Session over 1/3 completed this
resource has been nothing but dismal for this Session. As soon as
possible will get the members of the State & Local Government
Committee listed. But do not wait contact your state Senator today
and ask them to support Senate Bill 12.
