This bill states:
No individual
shall be enrolled or otherwise pursue an accredited course of
study at an institution in the University System of Georgia who is
not a United States citizen or national, or is not, under federal
immigration law, an immigrant alien or an alien whose terms of
admission or lawful presence in the United States permits
enrollment in an institution of postsecondary education.
We urge you to contact your State Senator and encourage them
to support this bill. We will post an update when assigned to a
Committee.
