Minuteman Project Founder Endorses John Konop for U.S. Congress

Immigration reformers no longer trust Congressman Tom Price.

Immigration reformers—just like fiscal conservatives opposed to deficit spending—have had enough of Tom Price’s broken promises.

Arizona Border Watch Endorses John Konop

David Heppler is a cofounder of both the Minuteman Project and Arizona Border Watch. He and long-time friend Jim Gilchrist were "tired of yelling at their TV sets" and decided to take action. They are pioneers of today’s immigration and trade reform movement.

“John (Konop), your dedication to stopping illegal immigration and protecting our borders sets you apart from the majority of politicians. Arizona Border Watch and myself, David Heppler, are honored to offer our full support and our full endorsement.”

Tennesseans for Immigration Control Endorses John Konop

Donna Locke of Tennesseans for Immigration Control and Reform (and formerly with the Georgia Coalition for Immigration Reform) says:

"I hope John Konop beats the socks off Price in the next election. Price rode into Congress on the good graces of the immigration-control movement and has not held up his end of the bargain and has, in fact, betrayed the American people with his sell-out votes."

Become Part of the Solution

David Heppler is reaching out to local, state, and national candidates who are committed to addressing three major issues:

  • Illegal and legal immigration reform
  • Trade reform
  • Fiscal responsibility

John Konop agrees with David that "these are not party issues, they’re American issues." We need your help, please:

  • Share this message with your friends and colleagues
  • Recruit and support candidates (from any party) to advance these three issues

Please help us by making a small contribution. You can mail a check to: John Konop for Congress, P.O. Box 706, Lebanon, GA 30146. Or you can make a secure online contribution at www.ControlCongress.com.  Thank you very, very much.

SP Commentary on other related issues: Ladies & Gentlemen, if you live in Georgia Congressional District 6 or know people who do, please note that if John Konop had been the Congressional District 6 Representative instead of Tom Price, CAFTA would NOT have passed.

John Konop is opposed to more job give away Trade Agreements while Tom Price has never seen one he will not vote for!

Mark July 18 on your calendars and be sure that you go vote! John Konop will be on the Republican Primary opposing Tom Price. The Southern Party opposed the election of Tom Price in 2004 due to his pandering to special interests as a State Senator.

Your vote can make a difference! If you are not registered, the deadline is June 18 and you can get a voter registration form at your local elections office, the Secretary of State's office or give us a yell and we will mail you one.

Please forward this on to any one you know who lives in the 6th Congressional District.
